# All decision-making is to be as collaborative as it can be, with the goal of using conflict resolution to achieve a "win-win", or a "no lose," situation as often as possible.
# FestComm makes decisions as an entity as infrequently as possible. All decisions should be made as close to the ground-level as they can be, and only escalated in the event of a disagreement.
# Changes made by one core which affect the operations of another core's must be ratified by a consensus of both Core Leads and the Cluster Lead
# Changes made by one core, which affect the operations of a core in a different cluster must be ratified by a consensus of both affected Cluster Leads and an Event Lead
# FestComm meetings will be used to discuss some of the issues which remain ambiguous or require other information and perspective, and to provide updates about ongoing critical tasks.
