=== Location ===
Work is done remotely.

=== Schedule ===
Most of the work happens after Placement weekend and before the event. Some work, like initial layout and stationary points of interest, can be done beforehand. Expect the two weeks between Placement and EA to be hectic.

=== Experience ===
Some graphics/layout experience will make the turnaround time not suck, but nothing super advanced is required (knowing tips and trips to avoid manual layout or make it easier is very nice, though!)

The current (Bethel) maps are built in Affinity Publisher, which is now released by Canva for free as the Affinity program, although future maps can use whatever is easiest.

=== Skills ===
The primary skill for this core is probably communication, as it mostly involves information gathering from other cores and working tightly with Placement on a very short turnaround. The other necessary skill is enough fluency with a layout program or graphics editor to lay out the map in the time needed.
